I went to Stevens Pass yesterday to participate in the Sturtevant's Demo Days and try out a bunch of skis. However, there were high winds and I got 4 runs: 3 on Daisy Chair and 1 on Hogs Back. Then the mountain was shut down and we went home and I went to work. Oh well. That is what the mountain environment is all about.

Let it snow, but without the wind!

P.S. I did demo a pair of 188 Salomon 1080 Guns. Overall a pretty good ski methinks, but I didn't get to really put it through the paces or compare with anything else. I really want to try the Volkl Mantras and Gotamas and the Rossignol B3s.
